A national fraternity has dropped its motion to bar a former Penn State University student and his attorney from releasing information to the public as the two sides navigate a hazing lawsuit.
“The parties have reached a resolution by which the Endhazingnow.com website will continue to present public information, including that relevant to the litigation, as well as information that helps to educate about and advocate for an end to hazing and sexual assault in any form on campuses,” Philadelphia-based attorney Aaron Freiwald said in a released statement.
